The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.
No deliveries will be made to PO boxes.
For each order completed on Site, Opss emits an invoice for the goods shipped.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly indicated on the Site and in the order form.
The price of standard shipping in Italy, runs through Paypal is € 8 including IVA.
In the case of special offers we will be made available discount codes (Mediacode) that must be strictly inserted during the confirmation order to be able to take advantage.

Within the delivery by courier:
For the delivery of the goods we require the presence of the customer or his representative at the address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer must check that the package is intact or altered. Any damage to the pack and / or the Products must be immediately subject to control by the written proof of delivery courier. CASES NOT PRESENT AT THE CHANGE OF COURIER

You may return products purchased from Peresempio sas (Hereinafter only Opss) without penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) days of receipt of the products purchased from us.

You must return items to Opss by contacting us and giving back to the carrier the goods.
The right of withdrawal shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met: the products must be returned intact, complete with accessories, in their original packaging; returned items must be shipped to Opss within ten (10) days from the date of delivery to the address: Peresempio sas – Via Piave 24/1 – 36077 Altavilla Vicentina (VI).
The right of withdrawal is not permitted in the case of:
a) purchase of products packaged sealed, returned with the packaging no longer sealed;
b) products not substantially intact or any other damage, deformity, deterioration and / or alterations of any kind;

d) goods which by their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
